God's Choice
Rev. Shirley Elosh
The Harvest Conference introduces individuals with special needs to the light of Christ through God’s Choice Ministries. God’s Choice is a church planting initiative that focuses on ministering to individuals with special needs, their families, and their caregivers through weekly services that include worship, crafts, and activities. This ministry, which has grown exponentially since its inception in 2010, is now hosted at nine Harvest Conference churches and six additional churches in other Free Methodist conferences and denominations. God’s Choice Ministries continues to grow, and we are excited to see God work in the lives of so many.
3rd Step Recovery Church is helping people partner with Jesus in their recovery from all sorts of addictions. 3rd Step is part church service/AA meeting and is a big family help each person achieve health spiritually and physically. The church is lead by Pastor Raeanne Barlow.
City on the Hills
We have all been commissioned to spread the Gospel; it is the sacred responsibility of every believer. This belief is what motivates our partnership with the Church Development Network to expand the Kingdom of God! Through biblical teachings and inspired mentors, we empower you to fulfill the divine command and embrace the dream and vision God has placed in your heart.

Matthew 28:16-20
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Pastor Emmanuel "Manu" De Maleprade is one of these inspiring mentors. He and his wife, Emma, lead Cornerstone Church in Pittsburgh, PA, and are passionate church planters. Together, they cherish the blessing of their 2 small children, even as they are spearheading the Harvest Conference's church planting initiative, the "City on the Hills Church Network."
Pastor Manu infuses his church planting efforts with experience and enthusiasm. He actively plants churches and mentors others to do the same in Western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Eastern Ohio, especially focusing on urban ministry in Pittsburgh. With years of experience planting churches in France, Manu and Emma faithfully answer God's call as they continue this important work.
